Seymour the bear can be found throughout Iowa KidSight’s “So Much More to See” educational children’s book. The Isabel Bloom company made Seymour into a handcrafted sculpture to benefit the Iowa KidSight vision-screening program in 2013. Seymour was the first sculpture with eye glasses to be publicly introduced into the Isabel Bloom line.
A portion of the sales were donated to Iowa KidSight to help provide vision screenings for young children. A limited-edition version of Seymour is available through the Iowa KidSight office for $50. The limited edition version is numbered, has “Iowa KidSight” written on the bottom, and incorporates purple and gold which represents colors of Iowa Lions Clubs. Help Iowa kids by purchasing Seymour!
