Wendy Cadena has been working as an Operations Specialist at Iowa KidSight since 2007. In her role, she coordinates vision screening efforts for children across Iowa, manages administrative procedures and processes, oversees the database, ensures volunteer proficiency and maintains the online training program. Wendy also directly participates in screening results and follow-up activities. Her dedication to improving children's vision health has significantly impacted the children of Iowa, and she especially enjoys working with the Iowa Lion volunteers. During her spare time, Wendy likes to travel with her family, go camping, read and swim with her youngest daughter.
